Weather
The coastal area surounding Terramar enjoys consistent & refreshing ocean breezes. As part of an equatorial climate, the year round daily high temperature at Terramar ranges between 80 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

The rainy season in Nicaragua is called invierno (winter), and is roughly May to November. It can rain hard during these months, but rarely lasts for more than a few hours. This rain keeps the countryside green and the air fresh.

Keep in mind, however, that Terramar and the Pacific Coast receive far less rain than the Caribbean region, which is wet most of the year.

December to April is called verano (summer), and is much drier, and typically cooler too. Perpetually sunny days are the rule during this season.

The hottest months are March, April, and May, with temperatures averaging in the low- to mid-90s.

Average temperatures for the rest of the year are mid- to upper-80s. This means you can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the beaches year-round.
